The debut album by the Hamburg indie rock band wearemarvin will be released on August 14 2026 on La Pochette Surprise Records It took 14 years to complete the debut album "Don't Panic." From the initial songwriting to changing band members and three attempts at recording a lot of time passed for Sven Stellmach who founded wearemarvin in 2012 as a one-man project in his apartment. Driven by heartbreak and depression the 11 songs featured on "Don't Panic" were created. Sven Stellmach known among other things as the former guitarist of the rock band Swutscher found a companion in Velvet Bein (also of Swutscher and the owner of La Pochette Surprise Records) who accompanied him for most of the time and remains part of the band to this day. "Don't Panic" sounds retro almost nostalgic yet thoroughly refreshing and charming. The one-man project has evolved into a real band. You don't hear that very often these days. ＜収録内容＞ 1. Once 2.
